Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a degree in marketing or retail management and at least two years of experience in merchandising. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. They must be able to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, work independently as well as part of a team.

The role requires the individual to be creative, proactive, motivated and passionate about fashion trends. They should be comfortable working with figures and possess strong computer skills in order to maintain accurate records.
