Job Description:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the product portfolio of the store and ensuring that merchandise is well stocked, organized, and clearly marked. Responsibilities also include creating attractive displays, monitoring inventory levels, ordering new products, and responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, Merchandisers must keep up with trends in the market in order to recommend new products as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
