We are seeking an experienced and qualified HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all human resource activities, including recruitment, employee benefits, payroll, training and development.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and should be committed to improving employee satisfaction and performance. They must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, as they will be interacting regularly with employees from different departments. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of successfully implementing HR systems and procedures that have resulted in improved staff morale.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with a variety of software programs related to human resources such as Payroll software, applicant tracking systems (ATS) etc. They must also be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from entry level to executive management staff. Furthermore, they must also possess excellent organizational skills to ensure all HR activities are managed within the required timelines.

In return for this position we offer an attractive salary package valued at 1400 KD/month plus benefits package. We are open to consider foreign candidates for this position.
