Job Description:
• Operate an excavator to remove earth materials from the site in order to make room for new construction projects
• Ensure that the operations are completed efficiently with safety as a priority
• Move levers controlling attachments such as blades, buckets and rippers to excavate materials and move them away from the site
• Maintain tools and equipment on a regular basis according to safety regulations
• Monitor progress and ensure all tasks are completed within time frame
• Follow all safety protocols while operating the machinery
