Job Description:
• Analyze market trends and identify new product opportunities.
• Develop effective merchandising strategies for existing and new products.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Place orders with vendors and follow up on deliveries.
• Track performance metrics such as sell-through rate, turns, etc.
• Negotiate terms of contracts with vendors.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends quickly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
