The primary role of the Personal Trainer is to design effective individualized exercise programs, motivate clients, provide nutritional advice and support them throughout their fitness journey. You will also be required to measure client progress and manage records accordingly.

Applicants should have a great understanding of the human anatomy, exercise physiology and nutrition. You will also be expected to provide feedback on client performance and share your knowledge with others in the team.
