Sommelier job vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a talented and passionate Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for a candidate who not only has an appreciation for fine wines, but also has excellent customer service and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality wine service to customers, from selecting the right wine to accompany their meal, to properly decanting and serving the beverage.

The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of international wines, as well as local offerings. They must be able to provide detailed information on taste and pairings, as well as suggest appropriate wines within the customer's budget. Additionally, they must be able to use their expertise to advise the restaurant on purchasing decisions and create an impressive wine list that meets the needs of the restaurant.

We are willing to consider candidates with no prior experience in wine service (e.g., a recent culinary school graduate) as long as they possess the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm for working in this field. The successful applicant will receive a salary of 1200 AED per month (negotiable based on experience).
