Job Summary:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for serving customers with a great experience while preparing coffee and other beverages. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The salary for the role is 1100 per month. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who may not have any prior experience.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take orders based on their needs
• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, juices or other beverages using different brewing methods
• Serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries or other snacks
• Receive payments from customers and process credit cards as needed
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the cafe by cleaning tables, countertops and equipment regularly after use
• Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, sugar, syrups and other ingredients used when preparing drinks
Requirements:
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience; college degree preferred but not required
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and customer service skills is preferred but not required as training can be provided
• Ability to multitask efficiently while standing for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
