Office Assistant - Musaffah, 1700 AED/month

We are looking for an organized and professional Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks. This includes answering phone calls, preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing office documents, filing records, and providing general support to visitors. Other duties may include arranging meetings, managing travel arrangements, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, handling mail distribution and preparing presentations. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working as an office assistant or in a related field. The successful applicant must have excellent verbal communication skills; strong organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel); attention to detail; ability to work independently; excellent problem solving skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; customer service orientation; and punctuality when arriving at work or attending meetings/appointments. Additionally foreign applicants must hold proper authorization to work in the UAE such as residency permit or visa status before applying for this position.
