Job Summary: We are looking for an Optometrist to work in Al Shamkhah City. The salary is 1100. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate. This position requires a professional who is capable of providing exceptional diagnosis, treatment, and management of vision problems as well as prescribing corrective lenses.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Optometrist will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing visual anomalies, prescribing corrective lenses (e.g., glasses or contact lenses), monitoring ocular health and referring patients to other specialists when necessary. They will also explain test results to patients and their families in order to ensure they understand the treatments prescribed as well as any risks associated with them. They will also be expected to keep up with current trends in eye care through continuing education and research.

Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate should have a degree in optometry or ophthalmology from an accredited university/college along with the appropriate professional licensing from the relevant authorities in Al Shamkhah City. Additionally, experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary for this role, along with a strong understanding of ocular health conditions and treatments. An ability to work independently is also important to ensure efficient delivery of services within the clinic setting.
