We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Zayed City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all kitchen staff, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. The successful candidate will need to be creative and have a passion for cooking and the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of five years' experience in the hospitality industry, with at least two years in a managerial position. The Executive Chef must possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to lead a team effectively while motivating them to produce their best results.

The successful candidate must have experience in menu development, food costing and inventory management as well as kitchen safety procedures. The Executive Chef should be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Additionally, they should have knowledge of food trends and international cuisine; they must understand how to utilize local ingredients in innovative ways.
