We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of workers and managing daily operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily operations in order to maximize efficiency
- Setting and maintaining quality standards for the team
- Scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
- Providing regular feedback on performance
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assisting with problem solving and conflict resolution
- Auditing reports to ensure accuracy of data

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Solid understanding of workforce planning principles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to the workplace

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
