HR Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to effectively manage and oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance. There is no prerequisite experience required to apply for this role as we are ready to consider an immigrant with no prior experience.

The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities with good communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have a sound knowledge of employment law as well as other relevant legislation.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including organizing interviews and screening candidates
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the performance review process for all employees
- Oversee employee onboarding process and ensure adherence to legal policies throughout the organization
- Develop training materials and coordinate training sessions for staff members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead initiatives independently and collaborate effectively with multiple teams

Salary: 1100 AED per month
