Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to manage the security operations of a large establishment, maintain a healthy work environment, and ensure the safety of staff and visitors. We offer an attractive salary of 1200 for the right person. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who do not currently have experience in this field.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed. A degree in security management or related field is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding security operations is also an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing security operations at our establishment, including patrolling premises, monitoring access points, conducting investigations as necessary, responding to emergencies, conducting staff training sessions on security protocols, managing security personnel schedules and coordinating with other departments as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating detailed reports on all activities related to security operations and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed correctly at all times.
