Librarian job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers


We are hiring for a Librarian position in Abu-Dhabi. The salary is 1700 AED per month. We are open to considering applicants who are immigrants.

The Librarian role will involve managing and organizing library collections, providing reference services, assisting patrons with library systems and technology, and helping to develop library programming and activities.

Applicants should have excellent organizational skills; be proficient in the use of computers; have strong customer service skills; be able to work independently as well as in a team environment; and possess knowledge of library materials, resources, and procedures.

We prefer candidates with some work experience in a library setting but this is not essential. However, some understanding of the profession, including familiarity with cataloging systems and other library technologies is preferred.
