Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Welder to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating components using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field, and a willingness to learn new skills and work with different materials. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment to weld and fabricate components according to specifications
• Read blueprints, drawings, or other instructions to determine required materials and dimensions of finished product
• Select proper filler rods or wires
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material
• Inspect welds for accuracy and adjust settings as necessary
• Repair worn parts by welding on extra layers
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; completion of a formal apprenticeship program may be substituted for some experience
• Two years’ experience in the field is required; familiarity with different welding techniques is preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics, or other instructions accurately
• Ability to use manual tools such as hammers, chisels, punches, gauges etc.
