Skills and Qualifications Needed:
• An understanding of basic floristry techniques.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good customer service skills.
• Knowledge of flower care and handling techniques.
• Ability to take direction from supervisors, while also being able to work autonomously when needed.
• Familiarity with floral software programs is desirable but not essential.
