Sales Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process, developing strategies to increase sales and profits, and leading a team of sales professionals. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month and are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Analyzing customer needs and trends
• Setting individual sales targets with the team
• Tracking sales performance and reporting results
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Developing relationships with key customers
• Negotiating deals with clients
• Managing stock levels and ordering new products as needed
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up visits and calls.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Management
• Experience in managing a team of sales professionals
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Knowledge of different pricing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, organizational, decision making and interpersonal skills
