As our Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales through identifying potential customers, developing relationships with them and following up on leads. You will need to monitor market trends and capitalize on new opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times. Additionally you will need to develop strategies in order to maximize profits as well as maintain accurate records of all sales transactions using our CRM system. You will also be responsible for training new staff members on sales techniques as well as providing support to existing team members when needed.
