Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of housekeeping operations. The position involves ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well maintained, providing guidance to staff, responding to customer inquiries, developing and implementing procedures, and other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well maintained on a daily basis.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
- Supervise staff in order to ensure tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Monitor supplies inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available at all times.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks completed by staff members.

Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a housekeeping manager or similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively while remaining organized.
