Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Manager to join us in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1400. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and must be well versed in all aspects of construction project management. They should possess excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential. A degree in construction management or similar field is preferred but not required.

The main responsibilities would include making sure that all projects are completed on time and within budget, managing the team assigned to each project, ensuring safety protocols are followed, resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project, keeping track of progress on each project, and communicating with clients regularly about their projects. The successful candidate will also need to provide regular updates to senior managers on the progress of all projects and make sure that all necessary documents are filed properly.
