We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from planning and design through completion. This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities and a proven track record of successful project management.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in construction management and must be able to handle multiple projects at once while maintaining the highest quality of workmanship. The Construction Manager will be responsible for planning, estimating, procuring materials, supervising employees, coordinating subcontractors and overseeing overall project progress. They must also ensure compliance with all safety regulations and codes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• 1+ years of experience in construction management
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Proven track record in managing successful projects
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to motivate subcontractors and workers to meet deadlines
