Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1100

We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have minimal work experience and be able to effectively communicate with staff and customers.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of staff and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and accurately
• Monitor productivity and performance of staff, provide feedback, and recommend improvements where necessary
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the organization
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and track shipment arrivals
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Assign tasks to staff members, delegate responsibilities, and ensure completion of duties as scheduled
• Prepare reports on inventory usage, financial information, personnel changes, etc.

Qualifications: • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred
