As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, providing guidance and support to staff, and ensuring that all goals are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring that staff are working efficiently and safely, as well as monitoring performance and making necessary changes when needed.

Required Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for an experienced supervisor who is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has excellent communication skills. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required. Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred but we are willing to consider applicants without any experience at all. We expect strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required.
