We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and managing a small team of employees. The salary offered is 1400 per month.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead their team and implement effective strategies to ensure smooth operations. They should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate’s duties include but are not limited to; delegating tasks to team members, monitoring their progress, ensuring deadlines are met and that quality standards are adhered to, resolving any conflicts or issues between team members, preparing reports on activities and performance, providing feedback on their team’s performance, providing advice on how to improve productivity and efficiency in the workplace and any other duties assigned by management.
