We are looking for a high-performing and qualified Property Sales Manager to help us to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. (e.g. Salesforces). As a Sales manager, he /she should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. He /she should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales operation
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
Excellent communication and written skills and fluency in English, Greek , Russian other languages skills will be a big advantage

Requirements

BS/MS/Business degree or any related field
Strong network in the property industry in Cyprus and internationally
At least 5 years’ experience in the property industry
Proactive person who can demonstrate the ability to communicate
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Greek , Russian other languages skills will be a big advantage
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Proven ability to drive the sales process from the sales plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, searching , coaching and people management skills
