Sales manager
Position as Sale Manager in Real Estate Company:
We are looking for a high-performing and qualified Property Sales Manager to help us to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/she will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. (e.g. Salesforces). As a Sales manager, he /she should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. He /she should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales operation
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
- Excellent communication and written skills and fluency in English, Greek , Russian other languages skills will be a big advantage
Requirements
- BS/MS/Business degree or any related field
- Strong network in the property industry in Cyprus and internationally
- At least 5 years’ experience in the property industry
- Proactive person who can demonstrate the ability to communicate
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Greek , Russian other languages skills will be a big advantage
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from the sales plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, searching , coaching and people management skills
