Job Summary
Project Manager - Dubai, UAE

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role
• Proven track record of successful project completion and delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Fluency in English is mandatory; working knowledge of Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources. • Monitor progress against the project plan, report on regular basis. • Directly manage relationships with stakeholders including clients, partners, vendors, contractors. • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that they are properly informed of progress against the project plan and any changes that arise during execution. • Identify areas for improvement within the project process and suggest corrective actions on an ongoing basis. • Document all processes related to the projects being managed.
