Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget. The Project Manager will work with team members, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. This position offers a salary of 1600 per month and we are ready to consider immigrants for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to plan, coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion. This includes defining project requirements, developing project plans and schedules, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress of projects, identifying potential risks or issues that may arise during the course of the project and implementing strategies to address them. The Project Manager must also manage all aspects of client relationships including communication, delivery schedules as well as budgeting concerns. Additional responsibilities include tracking project performance metrics such as budget versus actuals; coordinating procurement activities; managing change requests; providing regular updates on progress; documenting processes; and coaching team members on best practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess a degree in business management or a related field, along with at least 5 years' experience in a similar capacity managing projects within a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant must have excellent problem solving skills along with strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels across multiple departments. In addition, the candidate must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively while managing competing priorities in order to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is also required.
