We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in a management role in the hospitality industry.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times. They will also be responsible for managing staff, sales and profitability targets as well as inventory and stock control. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to manage a team effectively and the ability to work under pressure and remain organised whilst being able to adapt quickly to change.

The successful candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, be highly organised, have a keen eye for detail and have an enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service. They should also demonstrate knowledge of food safety regulations, menu planning, cost control, personnel management and marketing techniques.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 monthly plus bonuses based on restaurant performance. We are open to considering applications from immigrants with relevant qualifications and experience.
