Restaurant Manager (Dubai)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and high standards of service. We offer a salary of 1100 and are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operations of the restaurant, from staffing to inventory management and customer satisfaction
• Ensure each guest receives a quality experience
• Responsible for hiring, training and managing staff
• Set goals and monitor progress towards achieving them
• Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including forecasting, budgeting and reporting
• Develop strategies to boost sales and improve profitability
• Handle complaints or issues with customers in a professional manner
• Implement health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of food service operations, customer service standards and industry trends
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead, motivate and develop staff members • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • BSc degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
