Executive Chef

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR per month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all dishes are cooked to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are cooked to a high standard of quality;
• Develop creative menus and recipes for the restaurant;
• Ensure that all food preparation meets health and safety standards;
• Monitor stock levels and order ingredients as needed;
• Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff;
• Manage financial aspects of the kitchen including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen;
• Proven track record in menu development;
• Passion for creating delicious dishes that exceed customer expectations;
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure;
• Excellent communication skills.
