Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to read blueprints, sketches, or specifications required for the job
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in welding or related field preferred

Job Responsibilities:
• Read blueprints, sketches, or specifications to determine the layout dimensions of welded components
• Operate welding equipment in order to fuse metal segments according to specifications
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping
• Inspect completed work pieces in order to determine conformance to specifications
• Maintain welding equipment in good working condition and ensure that safety guidelines are followed
