Job Description:
• Responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions
• Utilize blueprints and other technical drawings to plan assembly of structures or products
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion or expansion of material
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) or gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
Qualification Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent in technical field preferred  · Knowledgeable in the use of various welding tools and equipment  · Ability to read blueprints accurately  · Understanding of safety protocols when working with high temperature tools  · Must be physically fit enough to lift heavy objects regularly  · Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
