Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and directing our team of employees, as well as ensuring that all operations run smoothly. As Manager, you will be in charge of developing strategies and objectives, as well as implementing plans to achieve these goals. You will also monitor the performance of staff members and provide feedback on their performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

Requirements for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and delegation skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of success in a managerial position and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. A Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field is preferred. The ability to speak English fluently is also essential.
