The ideal candidate should possess the following: strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, knowledge of safety regulations and standards, physical strength, stamina, and agility. Previous experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but we are willing to consider candidates with minimal experience who have the right attitude and enthusiasm to learn.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator your responsibilities will include operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, backhoes, cranes, loaders, etc; loading/unloading raw materials; ensuring proper operation of equipment; adhering strictly to safety regulations; maintaining work areas clean and tidy; following instructions from supervisors; coordinating with other personnel when needed; and completing other tasks as assigned. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of work performed.
