As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up machinery, conducting tests and inspections on finished products, monitoring machine performance during production runs, resolving any issues that arise during production runs, and ensuring that quality standards are met at all times. You will also be responsible for training new hires in machine operations and providing ongoing support as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain records of production runs and report any discrepancies or problems to management immediately.
