Job Description
The successful Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing safe and effective personal training services to clients of all fitness levels and abilities, both one-on-one and in small group settings. They will develop customized exercise programs tailored to meet each individual’s goals and needs as well as instructing proper form and technique while encouraging positive lifestyle changes. Additionally, they will provide clients with nutritional guidelines, advice on supplementation, and motivation strategies.

Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience as a Personal Trainer as well as excellent verbal communication skills. A National Certification from accredited organizations such as ACE or NSCA is also preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should also be knowledgeable about human anatomy, nutrition, exercise physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, posture assessment, lifestyle counseling, injury prevention/treatment/rehabilitation/stretching techniques etc. Additionally they must have the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds in order to develop effective programs that meet their desired goals.
