We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and growing business. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of 1600.

The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate about coffee and have excellent customer service skills. They should be friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. The barista should also have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Duties of the Barista include:
•Taking customer orders and serving drinks
•Ensuring that all beverages are prepared correctly
•Ensuring that all areas of the cafe are clean at all times
•Greeting customers as they enter the cafe
•Providing customers with information about our speciality coffees, pastries, sandwiches, etc.
•Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner
•Completing cash and card transactions accurately

Requirements:
•At least 1 year of experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Excellent customer service skills
•Flexibility when it comes to working hours (Weekends & Holidays)
•Ability to remain calm while working under pressure
