Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated Land Surveyor for a full-time position in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be working with the team of surveyors to ensure accuracy in the data collected from the field. The successful candidate will be expected to have 1 year of experience working as a land surveyor and must be willing to relocate. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for supervising field teams in the collection of accurate data on land boundaries, topography, and other features of natural or built environments. This includes reviewing survey maps, plans, and data to ensure accuracy; carrying out calculations; interpreting legal descriptions; providing technical advice during on-site surveys; maintaining records of surveys; and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience working as a land surveyor, knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, levels, etc., an understanding of legal descriptions related to land surveys (plats, deeds), excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently or part of a team environment with minimal supervision. An understanding of GIS systems is an added advantage. We are open to consider immigrant candidates for this position.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is 1700 KD per month plus benefits.
