Librarian job in Dubai UAE for foreigners


We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the library, its collections, and coordinating services for both members and visitors.

The Librarian will be expected to develop the library's collection of books, audio-visual materials, digital resources, and other materials to meet the needs of the members. They will also be responsible for researching and recommending new materials as well as cataloging existing items. Additionally, they will help coordinate activities such as story time and other events as well as offering reference services to patrons.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Library Science or Information Science with at least two years of experience in a library setting. They should also possess excellent organizational skills, strong research abilities, and good written and verbal communication. A knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage but not essential.
