We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people management skills as well as the ability to think strategically and use problem-solving skills when necessary. We are also looking for someone with a solid understanding of the business operations of Al-Kuwait and its industry.

The successful candidate must possess:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Experience leading teams, delegating tasks, and managing personnel
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and regulations
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions accordingly
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
