Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month. We are open to consider a foreigner for this role.
The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience as a Barista in a well-known establishment and should be able to demonstrate their knowledge of espresso-based drinks, including latte art.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing the requested drinks, and handling the cash register. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about coffee making techniques and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee drinks according to customersā orders
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines as outlined by the company
- Check supplies and restock items as needed
- Handle customer orders in an efficient manner
- Educate customers on menu items and beverage options
- Operate cash registers accurately while accepting payment from customers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista in high volume establishments
- Knowledge of espresso-based drinks including latte art techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
