Land Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying and be able to perform the following duties:

• Take measurements and make calculations using specialized surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels.
• Analyze survey results and create reports for clients.
• Identify potential survey problems or deviations from normal procedures.
• Maintain survey records, maps, and plans of surveys performed.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines.
• Ensure accuracy of data collected during surveying operations.
• Perform quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate potential conflicts with local regulations or guidelines.
• Follow safety protocols while conducting surveys in potentially hazardous conditions.
• Prepare documents related to land surveys such as deeds, titles, easements, etc..

The successful candidate must have a diploma or degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification as well as knowledge of land surveying software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS. They must also have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders in order to complete projects efficiently and accurately. We are ready to consider a foreigner with a salary of 1100 AED/month (plus benefits).
