Tutor Job - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tutor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and helping students achieve their educational goals.

The Tutor will be responsible for providing tutoring services to students ranging from elementary to high school level. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a broad knowledge base, and an ability to observe and assess the areas where students need help most.

Responsibilities:
• Develop learning plans tailored to the individual needs of each student
• Create lesson plans based on the curriculum guidelines provided by the school district or client
• Assist with classroom tasks, such as grading papers, administering tests, or other activities as directed by the teacher or client
• Supervise students during study times and provide support when needed
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress and areas of improvement needed
• Monitor student progress through assessments and adjust lesson plans accordingly
• Attend professional development training as required by the client or school district

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children of all ages (preferred)
• Ability to assess student’s strengths and weaknesses quickly
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, and other staff members
• Flexibility in terms of availability (may require evening hours)

Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.
