Job Summary:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to quickly learn new skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to make quick decisions with sound judgment
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as within a team setting


Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the company including managing employees, coordinating workflow and providing direction when needed
• Ensure quality control measures are met efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance by conducting evaluations regularly
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement of processes while maintaining compliance with safety regulations
• Address customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing excellent customer service
