HR Manager (1500 AED/Month)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, and be willing to work with a diverse team. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Overseeing onboarding and training programs
• Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Updating job descriptions for all positions as required
• Preparing regular reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Organizing events related to staff development (e.g. team building)
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures

The successful candidate must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent education/experience
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development etc.)
