We are currently searching for a qualified HR Manager in Abu-Dhabi to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance regarding all HR activities. This position offers a salary of 1300 AED and we are ready to consider foreign applicants with minimal work experience.

The HR Manager will be expected to develop, maintain and implement human resource strategies and policies that support the organization’s goals and objectives, as well as manage the overall recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing and onboarding. Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations initiatives, administering payroll, benefits administration, performance management and training & development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all levels of staff, have excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities and be able to work in a fast paced environment. The successful applicant must also have an understanding of local laws pertaining to Human Resources practices and procedures along with the ability to produce reports on various HR metrics.
