We are searching for an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all security operations and personnel activities of the company.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to take on responsibility, has excellent multi-tasking skills, and is able to work under pressure. Minimum work experience is required.

Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of security systems; CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems etc.
• Experience in managing security operations and personnel activities; including monitoring staff performance, conducting investigations and preparing reports
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security operations
• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in emergency situations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security department while ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures • Ensure that security personnel are well trained to carry out their duties effectively • Monitor security staff performance on a regular basis and provide feedback • Investigate incidents or violations reported by employees or customers • Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed within the premises
