We are currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates for various positions in our organization. The position offers a salary of 1200 and we are ready to consider a foreigner.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience as a Recruiter or Human Resources professional. The primary focus of the job is to identify suitable candidates from various sources and connect them with the appropriate job roles. We expect the candidate to have a strong knowledge of effective recruitment practices, including interviewing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools. A good understanding of labor laws and regulations is also essential.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal staff and external candidates. They must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working under tight deadlines.
