Job Summary:

We are currently searching for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting high quality talent, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, a proven track record of success, strong communication skills and an excellent eye for talent. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 AED and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the same industry. They should also have an extensive network in the local job market and be capable of developing new sourcing methods. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Candidates should also have a good understanding of employment law regulations and best practices when it comes to recruiting talent.
